Will I be able to track my order in the mail?
We ship our packages without tracking. If you are concerned about when your package will arrive there will be a time range specified in your order confirmation email. Does Honestups.com offer returns?
We offer replacement honestups for packages that arrive damaged or defective. If you are not sure how to operate the honestup, or your product arrived damaged. Please reach out to us HERE and we will contact you about how we can resolve your situation within 5 business days.
